We can only make changes before your order has entered the processing or shipping stage.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.


I have not received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
